Sadyr Japarov opens new building of University of Culture and Arts in Bishkek
President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov opened a new academic building of the B. Beishenalieva Kyrgyz National University of Culture and Arts in Bishkek, the Culture Ministry’s press service reported.
