Teen drowns while crossing Siparuni River
(Kaieteur News) – A 16-year-old boy drowned while attempting to cross the fast-flowing Siparuni River at Rock Bar, Region Eight, police said. Dead is Bentley Joseph Jnr., of Circuitville, Yarrowkabra, Soesdyke-Linden Highway.
