Tehran, IRNA – Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baqaei has emphasized the enduring legacy of Iran’s martyred anti-terror commander, Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani, while criticizing Israel’s presence at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).
