Woman charged with taking part in Falun Gong public gatherings without permit after multiple convictions
Ng Chye Huay, 62, allegedly took part in six public assemblies in support of the Falun Gong spiritual group without a permit at Merlion Park and Anderson Bridge. She was convicted of similar offences in 2001, 2005 and 2007.
