[Independent (Kampala)] Soroti -- Exhausted health workers at Soroti Regional Referral Hospital are being forced to stretch across shifts and attend to dozens of patients at a time, with severe understaffing increasingly affecting their responsiveness and interaction with patients, Parliament has heard.
