Employee at Punggol motor show allegedly found vaping, HSA investigating
The Health Sciences Authority (HSA) has launched an investigation after a man working at a motor roadshow in Punggol was allegedly filmed vaping.The incident reportedly occurred at around 7.20pm on Aug 30 at a Dongfeng Motors roadshow in Waterway Point, according to an anonymous user who sent the footage to sgfollowsall.The video, which was uploaded to Instagram on Tuesday (Sept 22), shows a man, reportedly a salesman working at the event, seated alone at a table with a vape-like device concealed in his hands.A family with children can be seen at the table behind him while he takes several puffs from the device."Before this video was taken, we noticed he kept taking puffs from his device," the user wrote, adding that there were many people walking around him.The user added that a report with HSA was also filed, but that they have not received any updates.Volt Auto, the authorised distributor for Dongfeng Motors in Singapore, told Chinese publication Lianhe Zaobao that it has identified the man in the video.
