Former Bishkek deputy mayor Azamat Kadyrov remanded in custody
Former Bishkek deputy mayor Azamat Kadyrov has been placed in the SCNS (State Committee for National Security) pretrial detention center until the end of the investigation, the Bishkek City Court reported. He will remain in custody until November 20.
