CEC: Preliminary budget for presidential election is 1.2 billion soms
The preliminary budget for holding the presidential election stands at 1.2 billion soms. Chairman of the Central Election Commission of Kyrgyzstan (CEC), Tynchtyk Shainazarov, told 24.kg news agency.
