Prof Abotsi calls for clearer jurisdictional boundaries to strengthen ECOWAS Court
Dean of the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) Law School, Professor Ernest Kofi Abotsi has called on the ECOWAS Court of Justice to develop a clear, predictable and widely accepted model of justice to strengthen public confidence in the regional judicial institution and reduce resistance to its decisions.
