Knysna council fails to elect new mayor
Knysna’s mayoral chair has become the latest casualty of a bitter ANC-SACP power struggle. This after councillors stayed away from a sitting meant to elect Thando Matika’s successor, leaving the town without a mayor or mayoral committee.
