Sibiya allegedly plied 18-year-old with alcohol before rape, court hears
The Randburg Magistrates' Court heard that suspended deputy national police commissioner Lt-Gen Shadrack Sibiya allegedly took two girls, aged 16 and 18, to a Sandton strip club, where he plied them with alcohol before allegedly raping the older one.
