Top cop Sibiya faces rape, trafficking and grooming charges as bail hearing looms
Suspended Deputy National Police Commissioner Lt-Gen Shadrack Sibiya has been remanded in custody at Kgosi Mampuru II Correctional Centre until September 29, when he is expected to apply for bail on charges including rape, trafficking in persons and sexual grooming of a child.
