Six major water projects face delays, procurement and funding challenges
The Department of Water and Sanitation has outlined delays, procurement problems, community disruptions and funding challenges affecting six strategic projects, including the Lesotho Highlands Water Project and the raising of Clanwilliam and Tzaneen dams.
