‘No one is above the law’: SAPS on top cop’s arrest
The arrest of a lieutenant general accused of grooming a 16-year-old girl and raping an 18-year-old woman is “disappointing”, SAPS national spokesperson Brigadier Athlenda Mathe said, while stressing that the service will not tolerate gender-based violence and femicide within its ranks.
