Not a single foreigner working in the service sector is employed legally. Deputy Foreign Minister of Kyrgyzstan, Seitek Zhumakadyr uulu, made this statement today at a meeting of the Zhogorku Kenesh Committee on International Affairs, Defense, Security, and Migration during a discussion of a draft agreement on mutual legal assistance in criminal matters between the Kyrgyz Republic and Pakistan.
