Justice Ministry to transfer e-monitoring of defendants to Interior Ministry
The powers to electronically monitor defendants will be transferred from the justice authorities to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan adopted the relevant resolution.
