Uttarakhand CM Dhami says strong cooperatives, M-PACS can strengthen rural economy
Uttarakhand chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Monday said strengthening cooperatives and M-PACS can play a key role in boosting the rural economy, supporting mountain agriculture and creating opportunities for youth in the state.
