On Monday, Fox News host Tucker Carlson used Supreme Court justices Brett Kavanaugh’s sexual assault scandal to highlight what he believes is the “new rules in the court of credibility.”

Kavanaugh was accused of sexually assaulting Dr. Christine Blasey Ford while the two were in high school. Tucker went on a rant about how society believes a woman’s word without any evidence. He said that he didn’t know why “Republicans were playing along” with Ford’s story.

He said that if Kavanaugh can’t get elected that no Republicans can. Carlson said that if Republicans in the Senate cared about their voters than they would protect Kavanaugh.

“The Republicans in the Senate do not care about you. If the Republicans care they would protect you,” Carlson said. “They would protect your children from the torrent of mandatory propaganda they face in schools that are bankrupting them. They protect Brett Kavanaugh from the obvious smears that are destroying his family in his life.”

He added, “They won’t protect him and they won’t protect him for the same reasons they won’t protect you, and it’s hard and embarrassing. It’s moving that way and a lot of us would like to be protected from that.”
