HCL Technologies chief marketing officer Matt Preschern has quit the company and joined CA Technologies.
Preschern was appointed CMO at India’s fourth largest It services firm in 2014.
In a statement yesterday, CA Technologies said Preschern has joined as senior vice president of Global Demand and Performance Marketing, effective March 1.
Moneycontrol learns that a new CMO has been appointed by HCL. An email sent to HCL was not immediately answered.
In his new role, Preschern will be responsible for the development and execution of CA’s global, regional, and partner marketing programs across a portfolio spanning Agile, Security, and DevOps solutions from mobile to mainframe environments.
At HCL, Preschern focused on consolidating the marketing function, which he described as being “bifurcated” in an interaction.
He was based in the US and has worked with Windstream, IBM and UPS in the past.
