There’s more that’s harshing Trump’s buzz, beyond the cursed inevitable betrayal of Jefferson Beauregard Sessions III. He’s also not happy with how Sessions is handling things “at the border” and “not happy with numerous things.” Yes, he’s not happy that the government has only managed to lose another 1,500 children. Sessions is just not losing them fast enough. Trump: I’m so sad over Jeff Sessions because he came to me. He was the first senator that endorsed me. And he wanted to be attorney general, and I didn’t see it. So damn sad. Trump couldn’t see that Sessions, who was involved in his campaign and in his transition, and who met at least three times with the Russian ambassador, would recuse himself from an investigation about meetings between Trump’s campaign and transition team and Russian officials. Just because he’s neck-deep in the crime is no reason that Sessions shouldn’t hold the strings on the investigation.
