Christie’s Education has launched a new podcast “Think Like an Art World Expert” today. This series will cater to the needs of all those who are willing to form their career in the art world and are interested in exploring the different types of jobs available in this field. “The first series will run for six weeks. Every Wednesday we will release an interview with an art world expert who has established a career in the industry. The discussion will center on what their role entails, how they reached that position, and what skills they have collected along the way, while offering tips on how to get the art world career of your dreams,” states Christie’s Education. According to the release, this podcast will serve as the first step toward making potential connections with people who are working in this field and who could guide students in making their next career move. This education series is for all those who are graduates or thinking to change their career. Christie’s states, “Christie’s Education offers graduate degree programs in both London and New York, a Master’s degree in Modern and Contemporary Art and the Market, as well as pioneering the Master’s degree in Art, Law, and Business. A wide range of short courses, for experts and as introductions to the art world, is offered in London, New York, Hong Kong, and Dubai. Online courses at Christie’s Education make the study of art history and the art world more accessible around the world, exploring topics such as 20th-century jewelry, the global Contemporary art world, the great masters of European art, and art economics.” Christie’s Education also offers several online courses, which gives the candidates the flexibility “to participate in courses about the art world, wherever you are based. Led by art market professionals, our courses give you exclusive insight into art history, design, and the art market, all from within an easy-to-use online learning platform. Courses are offered in English and Chinese,” states the Christie’s press release. It would be interesting to know how many candidates will take up the new podcast that is being launched today. https://www.blouinartinfo.com/ Founder: Louise Blouin Read more
