To celebrate 25 years of the Seamaster Diver 300M, Omega has opened a Seamaster Diver 300M pop-up boutique in a plush location in New York City. The limited time only store is dedicated to Omega’s maritime history.“Following the success of Omega’s “Her Time” pop-up dedicated to women’s timepieces, Omega has introduced a completely redesigned Seamaster Diver 300M in the space at 711 Fifth Avenue. Limited to one month only, the pop-up boutique pays homage to the brand’s extensive history of ocean exploration and diving technology expertise,” states the official release.As per the release, on display, are the 15 newest Seamaster Diver 300M models presented earlier this year at Baselworld. With six in stainless steel, and eight in a mix of stainless steel and gold, the new collection brings back nuances from the 1993 original, including a special Limited Edition Titanium, Tantalum, and Gold version. The boutique presents the models along with an array of NATO straps for prime consumer customization, and additional pieces from the full Seamaster collection.The pop-up remains open through November 15, 2018 from Monday to Friday during 10am-7pm, Saturday during 10am-6pm, and Sunday during 12pm- 5pm. “The collection has been beautifully updated from the inside out. Omega has targeted James Bond’s rank as ‘Commander’ as well as the colors of the British Royal Navy for the design of this special watch,” states the Omega website, describing the Seamaster Diver 300M collection.As per Wikipedia, Omega SA is a Swiss luxury watchmaker based in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland.
